Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop.

1. Products

We sell natural resins, essential oils, and cosmetic products derived from frankincense and myrrh. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Natural products may vary in colour, scent, or texture.

All cosmetic products comply with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. There are no added chemicals in our cosmetics, only organic products. Each cosmetic product and oil has its own proof of regulatory compliance, to be found on the relevant page.

2. Intended use & disclaimer

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Essential oils must be used with care and according to provided instructions.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in € inclusive of VAT. Payment must be received before dispatch.

4. Availability

Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly.

5. Liability

We are not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow instructions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts.
