Shipping Policy (EU + international)

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within one business day after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping destinations

We ship within Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Averages have been made to cover different zones of shipping, so the shipping costs included upon checkout do not necessarily reflect real costs.

3. Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. As essential oils are marked as hazardous goods (because technically inflammable) we will contact you if we believe  we may have difficulty shipping to your destination.

4. Delivery issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.
